WHAT WE HOPE TO LEARN
Accessibility shapes the entire game-day experience, from planning and purchasing tickets to arriving at the venue, navigating the stadium, and enjoying the event.
We want to understand what fans experience across the complete game-day journey, what creates positive accessibility experiences, where barriers remain, and how accessibility influences decisions about attending and returning to events.
By sharing your experience, you can help identify the issues that matter most to fans and the areas where collegiate sports organizations have the greatest opportunity to improve.

This survey is for adults age 18 or older who attend or consider attending collegiate sporting events and use or benefit from accessibility features or accommodations.
